Possibly one of the more complicated builds in terms of sheer component count is ToOoOoOobular. Craig has been busy cutting out countless bits of acrylic and the project is slowly starting to take shape.

The project log is already a fascinating walk-through of CNC milling and plenty of trial and error as Craig tries different materials. This will definitely be one to watch over the coming weeks as we see Craig starting to put the pieces together.

One of the current front-runners as far as progress is concerned is The Face Case - Luke Tedman's cute but effective stacked-acrylic design. A practice front-section was first on the cards, which Luke cut out to see how acrylic would hold up to his plans.

Coupled with some flame polishing, acrylic was the way to go and he's since ordered a large section of orange acrylic to create the final case. This has already taken shape, and Luke has found a neat way of securing the sections together too. Some sanding, cutting and flame polishing look to be all that sit between these images and a fantastic finished case so make sure you head over to the project log for the latest updates.
